Francisco works with property owners, master tenants, property managers, and estate managers to resolve landlord-tenant matters small and large.  Francisco is hired to prosecute evictions, negotiate tenant buyouts, and defend landlords when they have been sued by their tenants.  He specializes in rent control and he has resolved landlord-tenant cases subject to the rent control ordinances of Berkeley, Los Angeles, Oakland, Richmond, and San Francisco. 

Francisco has a subspecialty in partition actions.  Francisco brings the same technical approach from landlord-tenant matters to resolving partition disputes. 

Francisco is fluent in Spanish. 

When he is not working on landlord-tenant cases, Francisco can be found being a proud parent to his three children.
